Erwin is the best guy to call if you are experiencing any trouble with your shower/heater. He managed to fix our shower/heater problem not more than 20 mins. He gave us options of ways how he can fix our shower. Basically, Erwin really made sure that we're satisfied with his rectification. Honestly, if you're reading this because you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call Erwin. He'll get it fixed for you. Not to mention that it's hassle free service with him :)

I had a horrendous backup in my bathroom toilet. I tried everything to unclog it without any success. It was Thanksgiving day, and was blessed to have found Erwin through Home Advisor. I had broken drainage pipes under my house which Erwin & him team discovered after saving me when my house flooded during the torrential rains of February 17th. They came back and replaced those pipes without having to jackhammer through my floor! They also replaced (with much better quality pipes) & reconfigured the remaining drainage pipes coming from my house. This was a knowledge and labor intensive job which took several days. These guys were here from morning until dark each day!!! All the while with a great work ethic and attitudes.
All the work is warrantied for 10 years!!!

Erwin was great and his prices was the lowest by far, with the best warranty compared to other quotes. He got the job done quickly and explained steps to avoid the issues in the future. The Hydrojet has a 1 year warranty and cleared out the clogged drain really well. This was much better than the $125 that I paid other plumbers to do a snake, which only temporarily solved the issue (lasted for only 4 months with no warranty).

I would definitely use Oak plumber again.
