Excellent business ! Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called Ed at the number and left message. Ed got back in a couple of hours (it was a Sunday). We scheduled work. Simon (another plumber who works for the business) showed up exactly on time. Did the work quickly, efficiently, at a reasonable price. These guys will be my go-to plumbers in the future. (The only downside is that it looks like they tend to be very busy, so might be hard to get same day appointments).

We've had Eddie out a couple of times in the past, as the tree roots from our Liquid Amber tree have steadily done more and more damage to our main sewer line over the years. He's always been prompt, professional, and done a great job. So when it came time to replace our main line (which had many cracks and was surrounded by roots), we hired Eddie. He just finished the job several days ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced the clean-out by our house, installed a new main line (trenchless installation), and put in a city clean-out by the sidewalk. Eddie's great to work with, and I highly recommend him.

Eddie fixed our clogged kitchen drainage. He came early and was well prepared to do the job. Quick assessment of the clean-out and started work on it. He did the snake through the clean-out but it was a no go. He then snaked the drainage through the roof via the kitchen and laundry line and that fixed it. The unexpected price after the job was higher than the quoted price over the phone due to the snaking through the roof which wasn't mentioned and clarified before the job but Eddie was able to clear it up and was apologetic about it.

Eddie came highly recommended when we had a blocked kitchen drain. Responsive, helpful and nice, patiently giving me advice and answering my questions. He sent 2 colleagues out who snaked the drains and got the job done within 1hr.

2nd time we called was for an emergency when sewage water including feces was backing up through the bath and shower drains. Our rental management company was useless and couldn't even find a plumber after a few hours so we called Eddie again and even though he'd hurt his hand he came out to help within 30mins! His van is so organized and has an impressive amount of equipment. I have some familiarity because my father is a qualified plumber in UK. He brought out a massive snake machine and cleared the (root intrusion) problem for us ... we are ever so appreciative for his super fast and kind response! Advice was given to stop the drains from backing up but landlady didn't respond on a solution.

Eddie saved us from suffering from no toilet or shower facilities again when the drains backed up and the toilet water over flooded out. He came out within 20mins, cleared the root intrusion enough and explained the problem will be continuous and options to fix it. Decision now stands with the landlady as to how to proceed in order to prevent the drains from backing up again.

We're really happy with Eddie's professionalism and knowledge and HIGHLY recommend him! He also charges reasonably.
