He came out and did a camera inspection to see the next steps, so we asked him to do two snake cleanouts. He sent someone over the next day and did the snaking and everything was put back like nothing was done (except our drains working much better!). Cleaned the drain- it needed it. But they also found and fixed the root cause of the problem- a toilet seal that was broken in the other bathroom down the hall! It had been slow leaking/ accumulating sewage. So gross and unsanitary. They cleaned and sanitized the area and reseated the toilet. Immediately after they left no more smell. We are all quite literally breathing a sigh of relief and so happy that the smell is gone. THANK YOU!
