Third, I think he knows how to do most anything! He is one knowledgeable man and I'm so happy to have found someone I trust and who charges a fair price for his work!

One guy service did work on my garage in November 2021 insulation Sheetrock and sanding he did a terrible job and I paid him in full $1300. He told me he will come back to finish the job never showed up

Late on a Friday night we ran the disposal on our kitchen sink and water came up and into both sides of the sink instead of draining down. I reached out to area plumbers for help, knowing that we might have to wait until Monday. However, Richard responded within 10 minutes to my request on Yelp. I told him that it was an emergency and he gave me a window of time where he would be available the following morning. On Saturday he arrived at our home at noon, exactly when he said he would be there. He brought his tools and had the entire problem fixed in 30 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He even provided us with some pointers as to how to avoid this problem in the future. We were so appreciative that he drove all the way from Milwaukee out to our home in the suburbs on a weekend to help us. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing service and would use him again in the future.

I had my kitchen sink that was clogged, I went as far as snaking it myself however I had no luck, I called 1 Guy Service Richard responded back to me within an hour set up an appointment time for the next day which was a holiday ( Labor Day ) no extra charge for coming out, he's very honest and upfront with what he is doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work, within 10 minutes he had the clogged cleared.. if your looking for a honest, knowledgeable plumber give Richard a call. His pricing is very reasonable and he lets you know right up front so no surprises. I highly highly recommend Richard to solve all your plumbing issues.

This guy is a zero. I paid him 1/2 so far to fix a broken window. That was a month ago. Window not fixed. Does not return calls. I want my money back. I need to find someone else. Do not use

I had asked for an estimate to have the frame around my garage door replaced. The carpenter texted me that he would be there at Wednesday morning at 10am, but never showed up. He then texted me that he would be there at 10am Thursday morning, so I left to meet him at my condo. When I got there, he had already started the work without discussing it with me first. When I told him that my realtor was asking for a detailed receipt and Lien release, he asked for more money and then walked away from the job.
