1 & Done Maintenance

I called John to install new faucets in my utility room and kitchen sinks. He gave me a price over the phone to do the work and we agreed to have him come on Friday at 1:00. Because of other concerns in his business he was late and arrived about 3:00 This is the reason it is a 4 star and not 5 star review. Once he was here he replaced the utility sink faucet with no problem. However, the kitchen faucet proved to be an issue because the connection to the sprayer was corroded. John was very persistent and was able to get the sprayer removed. He told me it was the most difficult system he ever had to replace. He was very through and I will use him again in the future.

So Happy with One&Done Maintence. Jon came out, he was very professional, and helpful. We needed a different mount, he went out of his way to go replace the one we had to fit TV.

I needed a new handyman since mine bailed on me and left me with a storm door that needed installed. 1 & Done had great reviews on Google and NextDoor so I gave him a call and he came out the next day! On a Saturday! He got right to work, took down the old door and hauled it away, and put up the new door. It was a bit harder than expected because the frame was out of true but he didn't charge us over his original estimate. He did a great job!

In June, my husband contacted 1&Done to check out some electrical work we need to have done in our kitchen. The gentleman he spoke to was very nice and an appointment was set for the next day at 2 pm. We live near Parkview Randallia and the man said we were close to another job he was doing, so this day would be convenient for him. We were happy to receive such quick service.
My husband left work early the next day, but no one showed up. He attempted to call the gentleman he spoke with, but no one answered and our calls were never returned. We can understand a job going over time or needing to reschedule, but he didn't even call us back. Very unprofessional.

Been looking for someone to do some maintenance on my fence and deck - the weather didn't cooperate at first but finally John was able to come out and he did a great job on the fence. Very reasonably priced too! I've already referred him to a friend for some work she needs done! Definitely on my call back list!
