I received a quick response to my initial quote request for a water heater repair project . Even though I did not make my decision to move forward yet, Josh offered his advice on what water heater brand would be best, and which I should avoid. Eventually decided on a new water heater with1 Day Rooter and Plumbing. Josh and Bob were great and were able to start within one hour. Everything was completed the same day. Thank you!

Don't know what happened to these guys! Just disappeared after we met with Josh about two weeks (2/22) ago for an estimate for a cleanout, repair of a sewer line.

Josh showed up and he reviewed the sewer line in question and recommended either replacing the sewer line or descale, flush, and camera inspect the line. We inquired about inserting a liner into the pipe (cast iron) as we already had an estimate for that from another company. He recommended against the liner has they do not last very long (30 to 40 years is not good?!).

Any way, he then quoted us a price of $2500.00 to descale, flush and camera inspect the line. He was available to do this the next day.

After more discussion, he said he could seal the inside of the sewer line with an epoxy but didn't know what the additional cost would be; he'd would look it up and get back to me. At this point, we were interested in hiring him, but wanted to know the cost of the epoxy before making a decision. I then asked him for a written estimate. He replied, ""I can give you one, but it will cost you $180.00."" Huh!? So much for a free estimate! I guess verbal estimates are free but not written ones?!

At any rate, Josh said he will get back to me with the additional cost for the epoxy, later today, as we were still thinking we might hire him to do the job.

Despite a text message and a phone call that same day he came out--and reassurances from Josh he will get back to us--we never received a response from him or anyone else associated with this company!

Thanks for wasting our time!

The 1 Day Rooter & Plumbing team showed up with the materials ready for a 50 gallon water tank installation. The quality of work was impeccable. The price of the tank and installation was extremely competitive. The two gentlemen who came for the service were very cordial and professional. At the end of the job, they removed the old tank and parts and cleaned up and left the tank area cleaner than they found it. The service was just as I had expected, if not better.

Best plumbers in town. I called multiple plumbing companies and all of them tried to charge me an arm and a leg for a simple bathroom drain clog. 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing came out, pulled my toilet, ran a snake and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Their prices are very reasonable, and all of our experiences with them have been positive. They're not trying to rip you off and upsell, like at other places we've used. They've performed work at three different places for us so far. On the first one, they repaired broken sewer lines, replaced water pipe drain lines under a 1900's house, and added a sewer clean out. At the one second one, they replaced old water pipe drain lines and added a sewer clean out. At the third one, they fixed leaking toilets. Each time, the guys who did the work were professional, and cleaned up everything at the end. We are happy customers!!

Great service and great value! I've been slacking on getting my thankless water heater maintenance so I reached out on yelp here for a quote to just do some a routine flush of it. Many of the companies had to ask for my phone number and wanted to give a full consultation and had the technician come look at it before they could price the project. Only a few gave me a straightforward, quick quote on the project. And 1Day was one of them. Needless to say they were also the best price.
They came out the next day right on the scheduled time. They got to work right away, no fuss, no attitude. They even took the time to make sure that the debris didn't clog my sink faucets after they flushed the tank. They were done in 45 min and were super nice and polite the whole time.
That night I noticed that my shower head wasn't getting warm and I messaged them. They came back the next day to clean out the heads for me as well. They took the time also to explain why it wasn't getting warm and apologized for overlooking this the day before. (I have one of those misty shower heads that's a bit... special, which they didn't realize). They left without charging me anything extra.
I'd totally go back to them for my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys are the real thing and I am so glad I found them this summer when we had a major sewer issue in our 108 year old house. They were nice, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and they use advanced material to clearly show the inside of the pipes. They worked hard for 2 days, digging and replacing the old pipes. They did a good job and left the place clean. Their price was fair.
With the rain this winter, we had a sunken ground in the area they previously worked. I was concerned and called them. Josh reassured me and said it was quite common and will come and fix it. We scheduled an appointment and once again, he and his team were on time and fixed the problem at no charge and with a smile! Amazing service! I highly recommend these guys!
I know I will use their services for any future plumbing issue!

I highly recommend these plumbers. 1 day rooter and plumbers are really professional and reasonable. I called and they answered right away, they sent me a confirmation message once I scheduled an appointment and followed up 30 minutes before they arrived. They came with a fully stocked nice van and fixed my leak problems I was having within a few hrs. Best plumbers in town, thanks guys!!
