Further investigation found serious roots issues in the sewerage line, offered solutions and quotes right on spot. It was resolved within 2 days after back breaking work done. My Mother-in-law's water heater went out during the recent storms. SoCal gas came out and determined that it needed a repair or replacement. I called 1Day Rooter and Plumbing in the late afternoon and spoke to Bob, who was very friendly, professional, and sympathetic. He was there at 8am the next morning and determined that a new water heater was needed. He returned in the afternoon and they installed the new unit during a rain fall. I much appreciated the concern they had for getting it done for an elderly woman with no hot water... and even carted off the old tank. Thanks again for being so responsive and for a job well done.

They came right away even on a holiday and they were very neat and clean...there was a clogged toilet and they tried everything simple first before they had to take off the toilet...old house and rusty pipes but they were efficient and so much more careful and neat and clean than other plumbers who have been here!
