I set up a project request on Yelp and heard back from 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing within 10 minutes. Josh came to our house on an emergency call when our toilets wouldn't flush down and the shower didn't drain. First they tried snaking the drain but found out there was a clog further down the pipe. He and his team returned the next morning in the pouring rain to climb on the roof and send a camera through the pipe. They figured out the problem, and resolved the problem of our toilets not flushing that day. They also found some more issues that we will address soon. They were professional and courteous, and I'm so glad they were willing to come out and take care of everything even though nature was raging outside.
