Josh did a great job fixing our busted garbage disposal. It'd been unable to turn on for days and clogged with shards of glass. The team came on time, punctual and professional. Fixed it super fast. Finally have a functional disposal now after nearly a week of unsuccessful DIY attempts. Future reference to self: call a professional. All around great work! Josh and Bob came out to provide a free estimate for our 14 year-old tankless water heater. First impression was, they were professional, expert plumbers, and offered straightforward pricing. On their way out, they noticed our main water line was leaking (which I was already aware of) and also provided a quote for it. If we chose to replace the water heater and main line, he offered a bundled discount. We decided to go with them after interacting with them.

Josh and Kevin came out to install on July 3rd (much delayed review), got both jobs done in about 3 hours, explained which lever controlled which line, and hauled away the old heater. Everything was clean and it's like they were never there.

If you're looking for professional plumbers who know their stuff and offer reasonable and straightforward pricing, they're your guys. You won't regret it.

Josh is a great plumber. We needed two 20+ year old toilets to be serviced. He showed up on Sunday, gave a fair estimate, and came Monday morning and replaced the toilets in under an hour. Hauled the old ones away and was done in about an hour and left the workspace cleaner than he found it. 10/10

This plumbing company is absolutely fabulous! I found them online do to there great reviews and called them out because i has a sewer line issue. They diagnosed the problem and quickly recommended a trenchless pipe burst, sure enough my sewer main worked perfectly after they finished the sewer pipe replacement.

I received a quick response to my initial quote request for a water heater repair project . Even though I did not make my decision to move forward yet, Josh offered his advice on what water heater brand would be best, and which I should avoid. Eventually decided on a new water heater with1 Day Rooter and Plumbing. Josh and Bob were great and were able to start within one hour. Everything was completed the same day. Thank you!

Don't know what happened to these guys! Just disappeared after we met with Josh about two weeks (2/22) ago for an estimate for a cleanout, repair of a sewer line.

Josh showed up and he reviewed the sewer line in question and recommended either replacing the sewer line or descale, flush, and camera inspect the line. We inquired about inserting a liner into the pipe (cast iron) as we already had an estimate for that from another company. He recommended against the liner has they do not last very long (30 to 40 years is not good?!).

Any way, he then quoted us a price of $2500.00 to descale, flush and camera inspect the line. He was available to do this the next day.

After more discussion, he said he could seal the inside of the sewer line with an epoxy but didn't know what the additional cost would be; he'd would look it up and get back to me. At this point, we were interested in hiring him, but wanted to know the cost of the epoxy before making a decision. I then asked him for a written estimate. He replied, ""I can give you one, but it will cost you $180.00."" Huh!? So much for a free estimate! I guess verbal estimates are free but not written ones?!

At any rate, Josh said he will get back to me with the additional cost for the epoxy, later today, as we were still thinking we might hire him to do the job.

Despite a text message and a phone call that same day he came out--and reassurances from Josh he will get back to us--we never received a response from him or anyone else associated with this company!

Thanks for wasting our time!

The 1 Day Rooter & Plumbing team showed up with the materials ready for a 50 gallon water tank installation. The quality of work was impeccable. The price of the tank and installation was extremely competitive. The two gentlemen who came for the service were very cordial and professional. At the end of the job, they removed the old tank and parts and cleaned up and left the tank area cleaner than they found it. The service was just as I had expected, if not better.

Best plumbers in town. I called multiple plumbing companies and all of them tried to charge me an arm and a leg for a simple bathroom drain clog. 1 Day Rooter and Plumbing came out, pulled my toilet, ran a snake and resolved the issue. They also gave me future preventative suggestions. Awesome plumbers and great customer service!
