Disappointed. $580 to replace a pressure valve under 20 minutes. NOT affordable. Thanks for your service, but it should have been around $350. $30 worth of parts and $550 worth of labor for under an hour. I won't be using them again. Sometimes it's best to stand true to your name...otherwise I'd use the mainstream plumbers.

Have used Affordable Plumbing in the past with good results however, recently we noticed our control panel on our hot water heater was not on and the water was not getting heated. Called Affordable Plumbing and they inspected and checked out the Control Panel. Claimed the whole water heater had to be replaced. Declined their recommendation. Called customer service phone of the maker of the water heater. Got instructions to reset the control panel shutdown and re-ignited the water heater. It works fine going on 2 weeks now. Got charged $95.00 for NOTHING. Filing report with Georgia Secretary of State's Office.

I called last night for help with a job botched by a """"handyman"""" I hired. I learned my lesson to only hire licensed and insured companies. I spoke to Dan and he told me he could be here today (the next morning), to fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things. Affordable reps just left and what an incredible job at a very reasonable price. They are pleasant and professional, but most important they do the job RIGHT the first time. I have used a well known company for years and have grown more and more dissatisfied with each visit as it was necessary to call them back to fix a mistake or finish what they started. Affordable Plumbing just left my house. I needed my PRV replaced, and they charged much less than the 6 other companies I got phone quotes from. They were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job quickly. I will definitely use them again.
