Our PRV valve broke and Rick came out shortly after we spoke. He fixed the problem right away and had our water running within 30 minutes. Rick is very friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a plumber.

Steve did an excellent job with a frustrating new-stove situation. Our new stove was almost 4 inches from the wall since the gas pipe in the back was getting in the way. Steve was efficient in responding to our messages, came at first availability, quoted us a fair price and got the job done professionally. Our kitchen looks great and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

What initially started off as a pretty good experience turned sour quickly.
I came home to a water pressure issue in my home. Long story short one of the whole home filters had ruptured causing a clog in the water supply. About 830 at night the technician Steve came over promptly after my call ready to help. Within 10 mins or so he had the problem figured out and quickly was able to remove the debris from the pipe and get the water flowing again. A couple of things had to be improvised since it was now past 9pm and resources are limited. Approx 45 mins after arrival we were back in business. He wrote me an invoice for 262.50 which I though was a little much but didn't mind given it was 9pm and Im sure after hours charges applied etc.. What got me is telling me he couldn't take my card that evening and would have to take my info and have the owner Dave run it the following morning. No problem I suppose even though the girl scouts even carry a ""square device"" these days or accept Venmo payments. I checked my bank the following morning to find a charge of 302.50. A whopping 40.00 dollars to use my credit card. I immediately called and got a hold of the technician who was apologetic but indicated this was the owners charge and I would have to speak with him. I said please have him call me. After all its 2020 and I can use about 5 different things on my phone to give someone money with very little or no charge at all.
As you may have guessed- no one called me. Getting dodged. The silent treatment if you will. I wont be exhausting more of my time chasing my 40 dollars but hoping to warn others if you have an emergency I hope you have cash on hand or find someone else to do business with.

They sent out someone dressed in dress shirt and pants to look at a leak that was under my foundation at my shut off valve. Mine you I dug up an area trying to identify leak. Figured I would call out a professional to fix it. When employee arrived he only looked at the hole and said I have a leak at foundation. He charged me $125 for this. Really!!! He was very condescending to me attempting to tell me about where my main was located. Hum I know that. Ex was carpenter jack of all trades. I really believe he was trying to pull something over on me. I called owner and told him I expected someone to be prepared for work not a salesman. He called guy and begrudgingly he pulled out his sawsall and cut a small hole to my inside wall to garage that costs me$50. I could have done that. I own a sawsall . Then he goes out to his truck and gave me an estimate for repair. I called another company out and they were $2000 less. Shame on you for taking someone's money and try to overcharge me. Needless to say bid, repair done same day.

Dave just walked me through steps to help figure out a problem we were having with our basement sewer ejector pump. He also suggested ways to save us frustration and money in the future. This was the first time I called him, as the plumber we had used previously is pretty much incompetent. 1Buckeye is now our #1 for our #2 issues!!

It is as good as it gets! David went out of his way to go to Lowes and purchase on my behalf a new toilet discovering after unpacking the one I purchased had a broken base. He did not have to take time out of his schedule to do this. He could of easily rescheduled. Instead he went to Lowe's purchased a replacement and finished the installation. We have family visiting us in a couple of days and I wanted new toilet installed before they arrived. Thank you David for your thoughtfulness, excellent workmanship and professionalism.
Your the Best!

Being new to Buckeye, Arizona my husband and I had a few household issues. I called 1 Buckeye Plumbing, the owner, Dave answered. He was so kind, very helpful and professional. I am pleased that my friend referred me to 1 Buckeye Plumbing. Now we have our own go to plumber.
I had 2 drains that were leaking and the leak kept getting worse and worse. Dave had the technician, Mat out here immediately. Our problems were fixed promptly. We had to have a handle replaced on our shower. Mat and Dave ordered the part and said to call when the part came in and they would install it for no charge.
Daves prices are excellent and the workmanship is above and beyond what I normally have experienced.
Make 1 Buckeye Plumbing your call when you have household problems.
Thanks, Dave

Spoke to Dave today about a plumbing issue with a main water valve at our home in Buckeye, AZ. He was very helpful and responsive and offered the best estimate to repair the valve. Although we didn't need to hire him today (as we found another shut off valve to use), we definitely recommend hiring him for any plumbing needs and we will call him again if needed. Thank you!

First, Matt Greene, who came and did the work had me write the check out to him personally the day before repairs ""so he could get it cashed right away and get the needed parts"". (I do have a digital copy of the check to prove this). We needed repairs done for a leak and he convinced us the Nuvo system was amazing and would be better than a water softener. After looking into the Nuvo system online when he left, we changed our mind on having it installed in place of a water softener and called to let him know we had changed our minds within 2 hours of him leaving the house (as he was to come the following day to do the work). He didn't answer his phone, but I left a message letting him know we did not want it. When he came the next day, he claimed he didn't get the message and kept several hundred dollars as a ""restocking fee"". The work we did have done was very poor. He replaced an outside copper line with a PVC line. When I specifically asked him why, he claimed it was because it connected to PVC underground, so it didn't need to be copper. I had to call 3 times afterward to have it fixed because where he connected the PCV and copper kept leaking. It's now leaking again, but outside of their 6 month ""warranty"" window...not that I'd trust him to do it correctly anyway. When I had someone look at the current leak, they told me that line has to be copper and that it shouldn't be PVC to begin with. So now I'm having to pay someone else over $600 AGAIN to do the job correctly. I will NEVER use this company again. The work wasn't even done correctly and Matt was a complete joke. Stay away.

Dave, the owner, is really awesome. I called him for a consultation on a water heater, & while he was there, he helped me locate a slab water leak, & had it fixed the very next day. A pleasure to do business with. Super understanding, & accepts PayPal payments. I've tried half a dozen other plumbers in the area, & am glad to have found one I can stick with.
