I was in a bind and needed someone to replace our broken kitchen faucet ASAP. I called John and he was at our place within 15 minutes. His price was quite reasonable and fair, but most importantly, he fixed and replaced the faucet that day. He didn't charge me ""extra"" even though he knew I was in a bind and it was late in the afternoon.

He also noticed that the dishwasher was installed improperly and he fixed that too--at no extra charge! I highly recommend John for all your plumbing needs. I believe he's also a licensed electrician so he can help on that end too!

Over the holidays we were hit with a terrible plumbing problem that knocked out our sewer line, toilets, and showers.
It came at an awful time as we were days away from hosting family members. We were desperate.
John came to the rescue once again. He promptly assessed the problem and fixed it expeditiously and properly over the next few days in a total downpour.
This allowed us to honor the invitation to our house guests. Otherwise, they would have been forced to stay in a hotel and incur unexpected costs and it would have truly ruined the holiday season for all of us.

PG&E told me one of our gas lines was rusting and needed to be replaced. I contacted John and he came right out to survey the situation. He came back a couple of days later and did a complete pressure check on the line, replaced the the rusting pipe and an additional section that had a rust issue. He did a workman like job at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone who sought a reference.
