1-800-PLUNGER was established in 2000. I have been licensed and active in the plumbing field on the North Shore since 1979.

H. Guy Lyman Plumbing and Heating Co in Beverly was owned and operated by my father for many years. As a child, I spent Saturdays at the shop during the school year, helping to stock shelves and clean up. During summer breaks, I worked alongside the other plumbers. What I learned was hands-on experience that no book could teach. Upon graduating from Beverly High, I joined the local #138 plumbing union's apprenticeship program and became licensed.
