We are excited to share the Grand Opening of our new location, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen and his elite team will be offering services to the Portland, Oregon community. They will deliver plumbing solutions, as well as heating and cooling services, starting March 2, 2020.

Chris comes to 1-800-Plumber with over two decades of management expertise. Chris began overseeing maintenance operations for student and conventional multi-family developments in the Southeastern US, acquiring experience in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Additionally, he directed leasing, marketing, and management efforts for multiple LIHTC and conventional communities.

In 2008, Chris transitioned to retail property management by joining DDR Corp., overseeing a varied portfolio aimed at boosting net operating income (NOI) through targeted operational and marketing enhancements for top lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. He most recently worked as the Director of Operations for a real estate development firm in Portland, Oregon, where he managed operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales performance.
