We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our new branch, 1-800-Plumber + Air Pacific Northwest. Chris Nguyen and his elite team will be offering services to the Portland, Oregon community. They will deliver plumbing solutions, as well as heating and cooling services, starting March 2, 2020.

Chris comes to 1-800-Plumber with over two decades of management expertise. His career began in the Southeastern US, where he managed maintenance for student and conventional multi-family developments, acquiring experience in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. He also led leasing, marketing, and management for various low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and conventional communities.

In 2008, Chris became involved in retail property management at DDR Corp., where he oversaw a diverse range of properties, concentrating on increasing net operating income (NOI) through focused operational and marketing strategies for leading lifestyle and specialty centers in Chicago and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. He most recently worked as the Director of Operations for a real estate development firm in Portland, Oregon, where he managed operations, maintenance, management, marketing, and sales performance.
