We found out our Noritz tankless water heater was not working around 10 pm, so after reaching out to these guys on Yelp, they promptly got back to me to schedule an appointment the very next morning and asked what time would work for us. They were on time and diagnosed that one of the parts was just rusty. They cleaned it and charged us nothing. Even if they did actually clean it for us, the gentleman said it wasn't a big deal and said it just needed some maintenance from time to time. Suffice it to say, I won't hesitate to call them again. The water heater has been working great since then. Thank you to the team at 1 800 Plumber, from the appointment scheduler to the guys that came out to check, so grateful that people like you exist.

We had a leak from the ceiling in the garage, and 1 800 Plumber & Air fixed the leak coming from the shower drain/pipe and got some parts replaced. They are very quick with their response and availability, and their service & quality of work was done at a very fair & affordable price! I can't say enough great things about this plumbing service technicians, Jonathan and Matt!! They got back to me within five minutes and said they could come out right away to give me a free estimate. True to their word, they arrived in 20 minutes and fixed my leaky faucet along with securing my sprayer to the wall. Rather than charge me for a trip to a hardware store, Jonathan found a piece of wood in his vehicle to use. There was a small amount of sawdust from the drill and Matt cleaned up better than my housekeeper, lol. They were both pleasant and professional and completed the job quickly. 1800 Plumber Air came out to replace a leaking valve under our kitchen sink and suggested that our garbage disposal be replaced. So, we purchased a new garbage disposal from 1 800 Plumber and had it installed. Both were done professionally, efficiently and within 45 minutes.
I gave them my credit card and the tech said they would email me a invoice. I did not see or sign the invoice. I received an invoice for the total amount with out any details for work done. I called them and asked that they send me a invoice with parts and labor for work done, especially since I purchase a new garbage disposal from them that has a warranty that they said they would honor. After multiple attempts to get a proper invoice. I was told they only give total amount paid for the job and do not provide details!
This is the reason for the rating. They are definitively more expensive than other plumbers I have used!!

Called yesterday because I found my water heater was leaking. 1800 Plumber + Air came right out and gave us an estimate. When I called back to tell them they got the job I was told ""how's tomorrow"". They were here this morning and installed a new water heater and pump. The technicians were very professional and respectful of our property. The work was completed timely. I'm more than pleased to we are now going to contact them for an estimate to replace our old heater with a new HVAC unit. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I used 1-800 Plumber for replacement of a water pressure reducing valve and installation of a new gas water heater. It was a good experience from start to finish. Their employees arrived within the appointment time window, both for the estimate and to do the job. The cost of the job was fair and below the estimate of another plumber I contacted. The employees were courteous and respectful, completed the work in a timely manner, and left the job site clean and tidy. I won't hesitate to use their services for any plumbing work in the future.

I was very pleased with the service from 1-800 Plumber Air. From start to finish, it was an easy and painless process. I appreciated Jonathan's professionalism after informing him of the toilet problem. Jonathan greeted me at my door, booties in hand (very much appreciate when you don't have to ask). He had all of the necessary repair parts on his truck. Before I knew it, there was a ""Yes"" response to ""Are you finished already?"".
I want to acknowledge that this company texts you on a timely basis when the technician is enroute besides providing a photo and full name.

Had a great experience with 800 plumber Air. Responded back immediately. Showed up within a couple hours and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Did a great job. Priced very fairly. I highly recommend them.

Good: the technician was able to fix the problem and tried to avoid having to remove the toilet. He ultimately had to remove it.
Bad: when he replaced the sink faucet, he put the handles on wrong. Also, he took apart some sliding drawers under the sink and didn't put them back.

Update: the company reached out to me and offered to fix the faucets. The technician came out within 2 days and not only fixed the faucets but repaired the sliding drawers, which had been broken. This shows me that the company is serious about providing quality service.
