Had a great experience with 800 plumber Air. Responded back immediately. Showed up within a couple hours and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Did a great job. Priced very fairly. I highly recommend them.

Good: the technician was able to fix the problem and tried to avoid having to remove the toilet. He ultimately had to remove it.
Bad: when he replaced the sink faucet, he put the handles on wrong. Also, he took apart some sliding drawers under the sink and didn't put them back.

Update: the company reached out to me and offered to fix the faucets. The technician came out within 2 days and not only fixed the faucets but repaired the sliding drawers, which had been broken. This shows me that the company is serious about providing quality service.

The service from this company is awesome. As soon as I hit send for quotes within Yelp, they called me to schedule a visit to quote. All the staff is courteous and helpful. The Plumber and his assistant visited my home within about 30 mins. The stars must have been aligned with this 5 star company. The value is there for the timely, helpful, relevant services that 1-800-Plumber provides. When we had the parts and they got to work. They helped quickly remedy a recirculating pump that I never understood actually worked. They noticed I needed to plus up my water softer setting due to some sediment. They knew quickly the pressure cartridge would fix my shower faucet hot/cold mixing problem. My plumbing is good to go for a while thanks to them. I'm very grateful for their attuned services.

I used 1-800 Plumber Air of Monterey for my water leak issue. The response from Sarai M. was prompt and nice.

The technician Jonathan was super helpful. He pointed me to the right direction of where to get help. He was originally not the first plumber to come and inspect, but he was the only one pinpointing the actual problem and fix it right away, while the others recklessly judged the scope of the fix. He also provided a text message with photos explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it so I could pass the info to the property management company.

Very pleasant experience to work with such a wonderful person. I highly recommend Jonathan and this company to everyone in the area!

I'm glad to have found this plumbing service. I've had all these plumbing issues spring up in recent months. An old corroded leaking pipe, a clogged bathroom sink, a backed up storm drain, and most recently a leaking toilet. All these problems got fixed thanks to Jonathan and his crew at 1800-Plumber Air of Monterey. I highly recommend them as they have done quality work for me and the prices were fair.

These guys saved me from my costly mistake. I tried to install a water softener on my own since the water loop was available.

After getting all of the parts together I cut the loop and tried installing my hoses.

Turns out my 11/4 male adapter didn't fit my loop as it was for a PVC pipe, not CPVC (2 totally different sizes).

I went to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace. No one had the adapter I needed. I also called all the plumbing stores in my area, but no one had the part.

My wife sent out a few yelp messages to see if anyone could help us on a Sunday evening.

1-800-Plumber Air of Monterey not only replied but walked us through their plan.

They first informed me that CPVC isn't commonly used. They also said that the male adapter probably wouldn't be available at any of the places around me. They would need to special order it.

They would temporarily close the water loop, allowing us to turn on the water until the part came in.

Jonathan Maldonado was the technician they sent out.

He executed the plan they laid out and re-connected my water loop. He then said he'd be back in 2 days once the part was available.

When he came back, not only did he put in the male adapter, but he also set up my Fleck SXT water softener.

Having no water for a day was no fun. Thankfully 1-800-Plumber Air of Monterey was there to help. Jonathan was a sight for sore eyes. Give this guy a raise.

We needed help installing our water softener, and in the meantime could not turn water back on in our house. Even though it was a Sunday evening they responded promptly to my request for quotes via Yelp, and worked with me to diagnose the problem, outline a work plan, and schedule a next day appt. They were even helpful with identifying the needed parts if we still wanted to try to source them and fix ourselves. Service was prompt and had good communication of when they were on the way. Jonathan was knowledgeable and friendly and took care of our issue quickly and professionally, with no surprises and very reasonable rates. Would definitely call again if we need a plumber in the future.
