Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best. Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
