They do great work at a very reasonable price. They even came to my house to replace my water heater on July 4th at regular rates, no extra charge. I have used them multiple times and they get the job done quickly and I have never had a problem. Would recommend them highly.

I used this company on two previous occasions for emergency work and was satisfied with the results. However with the most recent experience I was highly disappointed with the quality of work and the response from the owner who claims to stand by his plumber's work and refused to offer a partial refund for work that was overpriced and of very poor quality and workmanship compared to the remedial work that had to be done for the work to pass inspection. While I understand that I didn't reach out to them before the remedial work was done, I didn't have time to do so as the contractor working needed to pass inspection and I also didn't know they'd cover the plumbing work. See the photos below of the work from this company compared to my contractor'remedial work which was valued at $538. The point I'm making here is that if you're paying $475 for repair work to have your kitchen water lines prepared for a new kitchen you expect quality work. I will not be using 1/2 price plumbing again.

We had no hot water and called at 9;00 am. Our hot water heater was old so we suspected we would need a new one. At 1:00 pm we had a brand new hot water tank. The service was fast, efficient and priced reasonably. Chris took care of us. He was friendly and wore a mask to ensure safe contact. We highly recommend Chris and this company.

Our experience was awful with 1/2 Plumbing on every level. From not honoring the appointment time (we were called out of work to meet their schedule) to an aggressive 'plumber', we paid $125 to have a 'screw placed back into a faucet (even though we were told we would have a """"$15 estimate"""". Total time, 5 minutes. To replace two faucets (our expense to buy the bathroom faucets) we were told we would pay $370 to install the faucets but that they would not guarantee workmanship even if they drove away and it did not work the following day. We read all kinds of posts which raved about this group which makes us wonder if the posts are contrived. We are left we the feeling of being ripped off. Finally, we had hoped to pay with a check and were told at the last moment that this is not possible. We would have appreciated knowing this in advance. So disappointed on so many levels. I am surprised that we were asked to create a rating. Hopefully 1/2 Plumbing will grow and be better for future clients.

We had a small leak in the toilet + a number of other smaller issues. I called and spoke to Paul who sent Chris out two days later (he was ready to send the Tech out the next day, but I was the one who requested the delay). In any case, Chris came out and fixed not only the leak, but the other minor issues that we had. He was very professional and polite. This is the second time that I call 1/2 Price Plumbing and I have never been disappointed. They are very professional and the price is very reasonable. Like I said before, this is the second time I call on 1/2 Price Plumbing and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

I called this company for a leak in my wall and they recommended water damage clean restoration who came to my house and scammed my insurance company $6000. They billed my insurance company 6k to put in 4 small fans in my house.
