We had a bad leak in our shower and Chris came out to see what the issue was. Chris was very pleasant and professional from the moment he arrived. He explained the problem and expressed his concern in finding a replacement part based on the age of my hardware, but promised to do his best in order to avoid having to break tile to replace the entire thing. The damaged cartridge was difficult to remove but he was able to do it and was able to find the part for us and complete the repair very expeditiously. Chris's work was very clean, thorough and courteous. Their pricing was very fair and I would strongly recommend their services. I would definitely call Chris again should a plumbing issue arise.

I've used them twice. Once for a clogged kitchen sink and they were great. Came out fast and fixed the problem the same day.m and had the best quotes price. I called the again when a piece of cloth got stuck in my garbage disposal and I was able to fix the disposal but there was a persistent leak when I reattached the disposal to the sink. I informed them that the issue was not the disposal, both over the phone and on yelp when we requested service, and the person on the phone seemed to understand even though we were also quoted a price for a new disposal installation. When the plumber came he didn't bother to look at anything and told us we needed a new disposal. We tried telling him no but he was adamant, therefore my husband asked him to leave. We were quoted $275 for new disposal and labor. I you tubed and watched enough videos and for less than $40 and 3 new parts, i fixed the leaking sink myself. I hate being the one to only post something negative, but the gentleman who came out and refused to even try to find the problem warrants a negative review.

These guys live up to their high rating. I had a water heater go out in one of my investment properties just days before the hurricane was approaching. My regular plumber (great guy) wanted quite a bit more for the replacement then I was comfortable with. So I decided to call around. This company gave me the best quote out of all the reputable companies I contacted and got back to me very quickly. The rest of the process was just as smooth. They came on time, did the job quickly, efficiently and saved me quite a bit of money. They also found that some of the repairs my plumber thought I needed turned out to be unnecessary. I couldn't be happier with their service. The man sent to do the job (I forget his name) was one of the most professional, polite and friendly contractor's I have ever met in my life. I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs. They do good work, charge a fair price and are very honest about not recommending unneeded work. What more could you ask for?

After receiving notification from the city that I had a water leak on my property, I needed a plumber fast. I called 1/2 Price Plumbing and Chris was here within two hours. So fast! He discovered the leak at my water heater and was out bright and early this morning with a brand new water heater. He did such a beautiful job with the installation, was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was happy to answer any questions I had and had my hot water back to me in no time at all. He even opened a lid for me while he was here, since I had trouble doing it myself! Thank you, Chris! Highly recommend!

They are a horrible company. They came out started a job and told me to go to home depot and buy the parts he needed? I know nothing about plumbing. I called and called and Paul the owner ignored my calls. So now I'm filing a lawsuit against them They were paid in full and never came back. So now I have water still leaking from my ceiling where my ac is. The guy put a pipe to drain water into my tub and never came back with what he needed to finish. Incomplete job that's why they are being sued. Never trust them!!!

I had toilet and drain backup flooding a bathroom at 8 AM with an open house scheduled for noon. Called and had Matthew there by 9 AM ,drains cleared by 10 and open house went off without and issue. 3rd time I've used and very happy with service and price.

My tankless water heater died and a few friends referred 1/2 Price Plumbing. They were at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. Diego was very knowledgeable, professional. Got an estimate which was very reasonable and they were back first thing the next morning. Replaced the unit, and left the garage cleaner than when they started working!!! Highly recommend!

Paul was amazing along with his Team. He gave me a fair price for a water heater replacement and provided exceptional service. I called various other companies and the prices were outrageous. Originally his earliest availability was Wednesday early morning; however, he was able to get one of his technicians to come out in the afternoon and take a look and ended up being able to replace the whole water heater in just a couple hours. When i called and examined the issue I was having he already knew based on the location of my home where my water heater was located and the size, as he had previously worked on other homes in the area with similar layout.
