Man this guy works hard...James came and installed a new hot water heater at my Germantown townhouse. It was a model that was a very complex install. He worked his a** off to make sure everything was in proper working order. I'll recommend him to anyone and have already passed his info to others. So glad we hired James to re-rout the plumbing in our bathroom. My husband and I are remodeling one of our bathrooms, and things have gone smoothly but slowly. The new tub/shower and vanity/sink necessitated the re-routing of the plumbing though.
James looked it over, gave an estimate and we set a date. He is professional, experienced, and conscientious, and his rates are reasonable. Good decision to hire James to do this part of the project.

Great value and courteous service!

I recently had two plumbing problems that needed the attention of a professional. First, my shower drain had gone from ""slow"" to ""stop"" and with company in town I certainly didn't want us all sharing a bathroom. Second, an outside spigot was continuously running and sending my water bill into the triple-digits. After being stood-up by another handyman, James and his crew came out on a snowy night and worked overtime to efficiently correct both problems.

They were courteous, communicative, and happy to share a few ""pro tips"" that we'll employ next time we have a serious bathroom drain clog. We will need to separately patch the hole in the drywall that was required to repair the outside spigot, but that's a small job and worth the effort given the responsiveness and affordability of 007 Handyman.

I would highly recommend 007 Handyman service. James is much more than a handyman, he is very well experienced and has a great knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and electrical
work. He can even install a water heater!!!
He is very quick, professional and humble. He was the first to give me a quote and came right on time. Communication with him was excellent, James updated me of his location and even let me know when he was in line at the hardware store while purchasing materials. When he needed an additional part for the installation and it was getting late, he didn't give up and leave work for the next day. He found the only store opened at 10pm, went and got the part and finished the job. I will definitely be calling James for futures projects.
